You and your elders are to be commended on the thorough and deliberate process you've put into place. It's patently obvious that you have tried to follow biblical principles and have recognized the seriousness of the task of choosing spiritual leaders and undershepherds.
I've already congratulated Tim; now I congratulate you for having him. He's a good man, for a Canadian.
