Yikes! Nearly three days of zero or extremely limited internet availability gave me a quick (and painful!) lesson in how central this form of communicating has become to our culture. I might just write a letter and mail it at the post office this week - just to see if I can still do it!
Tell me about it! I had a troubling spontaneous shut off issue my Dell and a flashing amber power light. After three hours of patiently talking to Dell tech support they said they would install a new power supply unit and heat sink. It is now resolved, however, the 3 days without contact with the rest of the world was difficult!
