  1. Oh come on!! You should have been in Calgary last weekend with highs of -25 and windchill of -40. Environment Canada was issuing windchill warnings of exposed skin freezing in 2 minutes.

It has warmed up here to a balmy -1 and we are expectantly awaiting the next Chinook.

For those outside Canada the temperatures are in Celcius.

  2. Ya - but it's a DRY cold out here. In Toronto, plus 3 with that wind will feel minus 41.

Besides, we have thicker skin out here.

  3. 3 degrees in the South Canadian resort town of Toronto. We're colder up here in Minneapolis, and down in Chicago they have more snow. I hope you're enjoying your summer Kerux!

Don't bother me. I am looking out the window to see if one of those Chinook things is approaching!

  5. It's still +10 over here. Blue skies today, too.

    Have fun in the snow!

  6. Now what exactly are "Km's" and what does the "C" refer to in what I assume is the temperature reading?

  7. I'm in the San Bernardino Mountains of southern California where we have had cold weather, but, :( , as yet no snow. You're blessed.
