Is Dr. Haykin a Universalist, or am I missing something? I totally agree with the 1st sentence, but although the Bible does teach that "people" from every tongue and nation will be converted, I'm not so sure that the Bible teaches that "all" who worship Allah will one day be converted. Is that what he's saying? Thanks

All Dr. Haykin stated in that quote is that God will have some people out of those who currently bow the knee to Allah. He in no place or way suggested that every Muslim would be converted.
From every tongue, tribe and nation! That is our great God!
