John Bell writes at challies.com concerning evangelism in the gay village

"I began this ministry two years ago while working as an intern in a downtown Toronto church. I was told that part of my internship duties would involve three hours of evangelism every week in a coffee shop or pub. This was not happy news. To be honest, I find this kind of evangelism very intimidating. “Cold call” is not my style; I’m too polite!"

  1. I hate the gay Pride day. I wish we never had it it's so perverted. It makes me sick.

  2. And God shares that same hatred towards you Jim. You are perverted yourself and you make God sick. Thanks be to God that he sent Christ Jesus in the world to save sinners!

  3. Ummm...Nicholas that used to be true before Jesus became my Saviour. By God's grace it is no longer true to say God hates me because Jesus absorbed the punishment due me for my sins. I didn't deserve it but by repenting I trusted Jesus for his righteousness. But the Bible says that God is angry with the wicked every day and that includes the prideful perversion of Gay Pride homosexuals who will not enter the kingdom fo heaven unless they repent.

  4. I'm glad you're a brother in Christ. Homosexuality is indeed a perversion of God's design for sex; however, I would say that we could learn a few things from Jesus in how we talk about sinners.
